DOWSIL™ 1201 RTV Prime Coat Clear-Yellow is a blend of toluene and acetone solvents that are used for improving the bonding of Dow 3110 and 3120 RTV Silicone Rubber with a variety of materials. Promotes adhesion of certain one part silicone sealants and coatings to a variety of construction materials, such as glass and some metals.
